Eisenhower MS Takes the Follett Challenge

Eisenhower Middle  School is one of six finalists in the Follett Challenge.

Out of 123 schools competing for $100,000 in library materials and technology products, the Northeast district middle school made the top six with its video submission. Winning libraries are rewarded for applying technology and content to engage students, foster literacy and promote critical thinking. Winners will be announced at the AASL National Conference in Minneapolis on October 27, 2011.

Eisenhower’s video entitled “The 21st Century Learning Libratory” (Library + Laboratory) highlights the use of media and resources to investigate, integrate, innovate, and interact.
