Texas State University graduated its first class of nursing students.

The 82 students from St. David’s School of Nursing at Texas State University-San Marcos received their bacherlor’s degrees and nursing pins in a special ceremony.

The pinning ceremony signifies the end of a nursing student’s formal training. The first class of students began the program in the Fall 2010 with the grand opening of a state-of-the-art nursing building.
