Mini Conference at UTSA Promotes STEM

STEM for College and Career Readiness mini conference shared best practices for educators to implement in classrooms.

The Academy for Teacher Excellence at the University of Texas at San Antonio hosted the STEMsation IV Mini Conference last weekend at the University of Texas of San Antonio campus to promote science, technology, engineering and math skills in K-12 classrooms. Topics address STEM instructional goals and strategies,  successful STEM programs that have been created,  STEM and college prep and career readiness, and addressing the gap between secondary and college education.
