Summer enrichment at Alamo Heights ISD

It’s not too early to start thinking about summer enrichment opportunities for students.

The Alamo Heights ISD is now registering children five years and older for Summer At Heights summer enrichment program. (Children must turn five years old as of  Sept. 1, 2012. ) The summer program will be held at Woodridge Elementary from June 4 – June 29 and is open to any student in San Antonio.

The four-week summer program gives kids a variety of activities to choose from each week during morning and afternoon sessions. The program provides children with opportunities for discovery, creativity, play and socialization. Session activities include Loco for Legos, Duct Tape Divas, Spy iMovies, Little Dribblers, The Case of the Lost Skull, Mexican Folklore Dance, Young of Art, Sea Life Safari and so much more! Weekly session prices begin at $110 per week.

The summer classes, available on a first come, first serve basis, are taught by community professionals, educators and artists. A $15 one-time, non-refundable registration fee is due upon enrollment. The summer program daily schedule as follows:

Morning Classes/Session – 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Supervised “Picnic ‘n Play” Lunch
Afternoon Classes/Session – 12:30 – 3:00 p.m
