Workshop series supports child mental health

Five-part series offered for child care providers and caregivers.

Voices for Children of San Antonio and Family Services Association are co-sponsoring FREE workshops based on the Texas Association for Infant Mental Health Food For Thought Curriculum. The first training session, “Self Regulation During Separation,” is scheduled for Saturday, July 28, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. at the Neighborhood Place, 3014 Rivas Street. This session focuses on a child’s mental health.

Child care professionals, social workers and parents are all encouraged to attend.

Tentative sessions dates are as follows:
– Session 2: August 25
– Session 3: September 29
– Session 4: October 27
– Session 5: November 17.
* In order to receive full credit for CEUs, you must complete all 5 sessions.
